JAZZ
Looking for something new and different? T his exclusive restaurant serves a new creative concept of cuisine that we call “French Fusion,” invented by our own food and beverage team. This new style embraces the class of French food with the down home flavors of Creole and Cajun cooking from New Orleans.

TRAPICHE PARADISE
Trapiche Paradise offers a fusion of these two cultures creating a “Tex-Mex” cuisine. Dine on its famous Fajitas which are cooked on a charcoal grill and infused with the tantalizing flavor of “Mesquite”. They also offer a wide range of delicious burritos and whole wheat tacos, but we highly recommend that you do not pass on the BBQ baby back ribs, grilled to perfection with a touch of guava flavour.

THE BLUE LAGOON
With a marvelous view of the Cofresi Bay this Caribbean Seafood Restaurant & Grill opens at noon offering salads, burgers, sandwiches, chicken delights and more. The dinner menu is distinctly Caribbean featuring fresh catch-of-the-day selections with a touch of Cajun flavor.
Light Lunch is served from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

This elegant dining establishment is for V.I.P’s with a taste for the sublime and features fresh seafood, steaks and more. From the beauty of its surroundings to the epitome of service, this is an experience not to be missed.
